David is a young actor that is preparing to market himself for new roles in television and film. We had a great shoot at the studio in Benicia, and part of the process is getting to know him before we start shooting so I could help him create the the best possible headshot for his needs. Understanding an actor’s personality is important for me so that I can better understand how they take direction and help them to be as comfortable as possible. He did great in front of the camera and I’m sure we’ll be seeing more of him in the future.

Dixon Phillips, Actor
I shot some new headshots for Dixon Phillips in the studio recently. It’s amazing to see the range many actors can have, even in still photos. The one I chose to show here was one of my personal favorites from the shoot…or any shoot, for that matter, because of the calm confidence that comes across in Dixon’s eyes, and the wide range of emotions that can be interpreted by a casting director from his expression.
Working with actors at Dixon’s skill level is always a treat because they can take direction so well. He was a lot of fun to work with and I can’t wait to check him out in future roles. Make sure to visit his website!
When you’re ready for your new headshots, get in touch with me.
